Blue Sky Baskets only ships in the Continental United States.  We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Shipping for Gift Baskets and Cookie Tins are based on each item purchased.  Below is an chart of shipping costs and handling by the choice of ground, 3 day air, 2 day air and next day through UPS per item.  Freight costs are prepaid and added to the order as a shipping and handling charge.

Orders are subject to stock on hand.  Backorders will be mailed as soon as possible.  Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, so please make sure you have the correct address!

Shipping for Cookie Tins and Cookie Baskets are based upon a minimum of UPS 2nd day air for freshness of the product.  The cookies are all natural and have no preservatives.  No cookies will be sent ground or 3 day air.

UPS charges a $10.00 fee for each incorrect address and this cost will be charged to you if the product is undeliverable.

Returns:  All claims for damages or shortages MUST be filed with the CARRIER within three (3) days after receipt of the basket or cookie tin.  Once the product has been shipped it cannot be cancelled unless there is a problem with that order.  No returns on cookie or candy products.
